What is the typical turnaround time for custom orders?
Each custom piece is handcrafted in our studio. Please allow 4-6 weeks for production, plus shipping time, to ensure every detail meets our high quality standards.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide via FedEx and DHL. Please note that international orders may be subject to local duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
What is your return policy for fine jewelry?
We accept returns on non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. Pieces must be in original, unworn condition. Please note that custom-designed rings and engraved items are final sale.
Are your diamonds and gemstones ethically sourced?
Absolutely. We are committed to ethical practices, using only conflict-free diamonds and responsibly sourced natural gemstones in all of our designs.
Can I have my Alexis Russell ring resized?
We offer one complimentary resizing for most rings within the first 30 days of purchase. Some eternity bands and intricate settings may not be resizable, so please check the product description.
